Welcome to the Yoga of Grace.
Yoga has been known for thousands of years in India as a means of aiming at the highest expression of that which we call human being. It is a science of the body and mind that help us understand the inner workings of physical and non-physical which are referred to as follows: physical (5 senses) and mind or consciousness, the realm of pure thought (6th sense).
Yoga, as we know it and practice these days, was formed by an Indian seer Patanjali, who shaped it in what is known today as 8 limbs of yoga, which asana is just part of it. To be exact it is 3rdlimb, and it is a stepping stone on a spiritual path of Self-realisation, Enlightenment or attaining Samadhi, that is the Union with all that is; physical (surface) and non-physical (depth) of existence in each moment of unfoldment.
This website consists not only of yogic practices but of all helpful tools, teachings and techniques that might be useful to become a master of your own mind and shape your life circumstances in the alignment of your highest intention and purest thoughts.
Patanjali said: ‘first establish yourself in yoga, then act’ – those words have a powerful meaning these days as they had 2 thousand years ago or longer, as the underlying message of yoga is love, peace and unity, that transcends time and space, and that is apparent to everyone, who can see beyond the surface of life into non-conceptual depths of it, into the centre of who I am is, into yourself.
I would like to make a point, that ultimately guidance or guru is found within, and to treat those teachings and information as a means to connect with that which is always here, always present, underneath the constant stream of thoughts and emotions, which will enable you to quiet your mind, to become a conscious master of it, and finally learn how to use this very sophisticated yet simple machine to the benefit of you, your family, community and ultimately all sentient being all over the world and universe.
It is the privilege to be able to share this knowledge, wisdom with you through this website, as this is the alignment of the highest intention within me that is of Love, Peace and ultimately going beyond the path of suffering and death.

I've been teaching yoga and meditation since 2015. It is my life purpose to share wisdom and help people live happy, fulfilled lives by reaching deep within themselves into the core and essence of who they are.
My approach to yoga is one of the graceful movements that are expressed in a form of yoga asanas on the matt, where we face the challenges and ourselves. I base my practice on the teachings of Bipin Baloni, an Indian Yoga master, and my teacher.
'' First, establish yourself in yoga, then act'' - this truth is a timeless pointer that where we are established in ourselves, one with life and its manifestation we do not need to be told what to do.

One to One is really to deepen your personal practice to another level, where you get all the attention to yourself. useful tips, and suggestions. It will help you with your alignment and deeper understanding of yoga. If you want to reinvent yourself on the matt.
I offer 1-hour practice one to one in a block of sessions and pricing is:
Number of Sessions 1 to 5 (at your place) - £30 (5 x £30 = £150)
Number of Sessions 6 and above (at your place) - £25 (10 x £25 = £250)
